Questions, answered

How long does the visit take?

Most guests spend 45–90 minutes inside. There's no time limit on your ticket — take the corridors at your own pace during opening hours.

Is it suitable for children?

This one is intense by design — dark corridors, flickering lights, blood and figures that move. It is not recommended for children under 12 or for sensitive visitors. If graphic, claustrophobic settings aren't for you, sit this one out.

Can I take photos?

Absolutely — the scenes are built to be photographed. Bring your phone or camera, film the jump scares and tag #MadnessBCN — we may repost.

Can I visit the other Big Fun museums too?

Yes. The Big Fun Pass (€25,50) covers all eight themed museums at La Rambla 88-94. The Big Fun + Illusions pass (€29) adds the Museum of Illusions — nine in total. A single ticket for the Museum of Madness alone is €14,50.

How do I get there?

We're on La Rambla de Sant Josep, 88-94, in the heart of Barcelona. Closest metro: Liceu (L3), about a 2-minute walk. Plaça de Catalunya (L1/L3) is roughly 5 minutes on foot down La Rambla.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes — but online booking guarantees entry on busy days and saves the queue at peak hours, especially weekends and holidays.
